WHO ARE WE?
WHO ARE WE?
Tri-Lakes Home Builders Association is a professional trade association involved in the
building and remodeling industry.
We are dedicated to educating our members to provide the finest quality home, building,
product and service to satisfy the needs of our clients.
WHO IS A MEMBER?
Our members consist of individuals and companies that are involved with the building industry.
Builder Members must be licensed with the State of Michigan and show proof of Worker's Compensation (where applicable) and Liability Insurance.
Associate Members are suppliers and sub-contractors. (To be licensed if required by the State).
All must subscribe to our code of ethics which includes responsibility, honesty, high
standards and fairness.

BENEFITS
You can save a great deal on insurance costs with our group plans on health, workers compensation, disability, liability, property and casualty.
Advertising is also available to members in our annual Directory, monthly newsletter and Internet Website.
We put on a Home Show each spring at the Houghton Lake High School. You can save money on booth rental if you are a member.
MEETINGS
Our meetings (4th Wednesday) provide opportunities for learning more about your business and getting to know others in the industry. We meet in the following months: January, February, April, May, September and October.
Dues are $350.00 per year which includes National and State Dues, meals at our meetings and subscription to Professional Builder.
